No. Each property has a lock-in period (typically 12 months) during which you cannot sell. After the lock-in period ends, you can list your blocks on our secondary marketplace at any price you choose.

What fees does DivvyProp charge?

DivvyProp charges a 2% platform fee on each investment and a nominal listing fee when you sell on the secondary market. Deposits and withdrawals have no platform fees.
